Hey Jon. Nice job on the decals. One question - did you do the front fender also? I'll share a stupid story - when I first mounted a tool bag on the front forks, it was lower than it should have been. Whenever I stopped hard, front fork compression allowed the bag to rub on the fender. Over time, I actually rubbed the paint off! I masked the area and repainted then tried to feather in the edges. It was OK for an amateur but clearly visible. I partially covered the spot with an American flag decal, but I've never been happy with the look. I don't want to completely repaint because I like the silver/blue stock color on my '01. I could not get touchup paint from the dealer so I was stuck trying various combinations of automotive colors.
